Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at sentivillas.com or making a reservation with Senti Villas, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services or book a stay at our properties. These terms apply to all guests, visitors, and others who access or use our services.

Reservations and Booking

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Senti Villas. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment and a written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline any reservation at our discretion.

• The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age.
• Accurate guest information must be provided at the time of booking.
• Maximum occupancy limits must be respected as specified for each villa.
• Any changes to a confirmed reservation are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Payment Terms

Bookings on this site are submitted as a request. Our team confirms availability and arranges payment with you directly. Prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

• Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability. Our team will reach out to confirm dates and finalize pricing.
• Payment is arranged directly with our management team — no card details are collected on this website.
• A refundable security deposit may be collected prior to arrival and returned within 14 days of check-out, subject to a property inspection.
• All applicable taxes and fees are included in the final quote provided by our team before payment is arranged.
• Pricing varies based on dates, group size, and any additional services requested.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 60 or more days before check-in: Full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
• Cancellations made 30 to 59 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in: No refund.
• No-shows or early departures: No refund will be issued.
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used when management collected payment. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
• To request a cancellation, please contact us at villassenti@gmail.com with your booking details.
• In the event of extraordinary circumstances (natural disasters, government-mandated travel restrictions), we will work with you to reschedule your stay or provide credit toward a future booking.

Property Rules

To ensure a comfortable and respectful environment for all guests and our surrounding community, we ask that you observe the following:

• Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the villas. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
• Pets are not permitted unless explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to arrival.
• Events, parties, or gatherings beyond the registered guest count are not permitted without prior written approval.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM out of respect for neighboring properties.
• Guests are responsible for the property and its contents during their stay. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from the security deposit or charged separately.

Liability and Disclaimer

Senti Villas provides its properties and services on an "as is" basis. While we take every precaution to ensure your comfort and safety:

• We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your stay, except where caused by our negligence.
• Guests use all amenities -- including the pool, outdoor spaces, and spa facilities -- at their own risk.
• We are not responsible for disruptions caused by weather, wildlife, utility outages, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical expenses, and personal liability.

Included Services

Each booking includes certain services as described on our website and in your booking confirmation. Additional services (such as excursions, additional spa treatments, or special events) may be arranged at an extra cost. Included services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to substitute comparable alternatives if a specific service becomes unavailable.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Senti Villas website -- including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and design -- is the property of Senti Villas and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written consent.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Puntarenas, Costa Rica.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
